Dear Zwi, עמו"ש
I have been wanting to write to you for a long time, and now at last I am actually doing it. My first duty – no, pleasure – is to congratulate you on passing your metric. You can imagine how pleased we all were to hear of your success. I am quite well, and I am getting on alright at school. We’re just in the middle of doing our half-year examinations, so I am quite busy preparing for them.
Chaim Sara and Ruthy were staying with us for one week-end on Channukah, we all had a very nice time. Ruthy is ב"ה very sweet – she says ‘da-da’ and a few other words like that, she has got four teeth already, and walks about, with holding on. Well, that’s all for now.
All my Love,
Esti
Just adding a line to tell you that I’m expecting a letter from you. I hope it is on the way. Keep well and look after yourself.
