My sweet, beloved Fogerl עמ"ש!

Many thanks for your card that was so dear to us. How can you presume that I am angry with you, ח"ו ? What for? Your letter was written very realistically and quite logically. I delayed writing to everybody, because I was expecting to receive the certificate any day. Up to today it is not here. We have already accustomed ourselves to wait, but it is now easier, all the more so since we have ב"ה received, on the basis of the telegram from Tel Aviv, an extension until we receive the certificate.

What we have gone through lately is impossible to describe. At the moment we are ב"ה a bit more at ease. Whether I will send the papers, we will still think it over.  Most likely yes.

And now my precious child, please write to us more about yourselves. Since the eviction the letters have always been only full of our situation. Please write to me about Suri ת' and about Tuli נ"י. From where do they get the money for postage? Do they have to ask every time?

How is it that nothing has come of your work prospects?  Please do not spare words. You know what a curious Mama you have. When do you and the dear children שי' get together?

Tomorrow I will write to Sara and Tuli שי' also.   I also have to beg forgiveness of you dear Sara ת', for not having written to you all this time. We have gone through more in the last 4 weeks than in the whole time. I almost went crazy ח"ו1, and now we are awaiting the certificate from one day to the next.  May השי"ת already be מרחם .   

Write to me more about yourselves and the dear child.
