I have to inform you that up to now we have unfortunately not received the certificate. We are in great despair, since the document for the baggage permit will soon expire, and the stay in our residence is also very much limited. Please do whatever is possible to have the certificate sent out as quickly as possible. You have already gone to so much effort, please bring the matter to its conclusion.  I hope to thank you in happier times.   Best regards,

Best regards from me as well. Thank G-d that you succeeded in obtaining the certificate for dear Father and Chane Hinde שליט"א. They were all set to travel and have also already booked a passage on a ship for the 30th of this month, it should be with מזל .   We would also very much like to travel before יו"ט , may השי"ת grant that it be possible. What is the cause of the long delay?  I am quite sure that you are hurrying it up so far as you can, but where is it stuck?  Now that people here talk so much about Wojna, we are awaiting it with special impatience.
