My precious, sweet Surale עמ"ש!

My joy on hearing from you again after such a long time was boundless.  Praise השי"ת that I am once again in direct communication with my precious children.

Zwi נ"י came aboard in Pressburg. He looks well ב"ה. I buy him daily 1 litre of milk as well as butter, honey and fruit. We also receive good food here on the ship, meat every day, as well as eggs or butter. I use the money that I received to supplement this.

When the weather is pleasant we go on shore twice a day. The surroundings here are very beautiful, but in my heart there is darkness and pain. But we cannot resist the will of G-d.

You are my only hope, my golden children עמ"ש. Please, child of my heart, do not exert yourself too much. Are you looking better?  Please send me pictures of all of you, as well as of Marta and Mojshe שי' and of whoever you can. Why did Aunt Recha not add to the card?  How is everybody? I have already received post from Tuli. I wonder if he received my reply card. In any case, he should write to me.
